Eurotherm 590 DC Drive is a modern design. It is no longer in production but it is still very popular as a replacement for old analogue units. Due to compact design quite a few of them fit into a tight space in a switchboard. This may create problems with heat rejection especially if there are problems with a switchboard cooling system. At DataFactory we repair and re-build them. They are power tested with the loaded DC motor in our test area.
